Residential Cleaning

Hourly Rate: $55 per hour per cleaner + GST (minimum 2 hours per clean).

Travel, product and service charge: $20 -$40 per clean for the Wellington region.
(Includes cleaning products, equipment, and travel within the Wellington Region).

Example of Pricing:

• A 2-hour regular fortnightly clean within Brooklyn would be $130 plus GST or $149.50 GST inclusive.

For the average family in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home under <200 m² a fortnightly 2-hour clean is about right.

Depending on further cleaning requirements and services, this can easily be adjusted so your cleaning pain points disappear.

For one-off cleans - If you are outside our service area please contact us and let us know when we’re needed and what for and we will do our best to accomodate you.

• Can I organise a paid trial?

  Absolutely, as well as being able to meet who will be cleaning for you.

• Are your rates negotiable?

  No, cleaning is hard work and happy cleaners create happy spaces, so we pay our cleaners above living wage.

• Why is there a Travel, product and service charge?

  This charge covers essential costs such as travel time, logistics, premium cleaning products and equipment, and the admin and scheduling required to deliver a seamless, high-quality service. This ensures every clean meets the highest standards while supporting the sustainability of our small business.

• Can I secure a particular day or time?

  We always strive to accommodate your preferred day and time. However, due to the dynamic nature of cleaning schedules, some flexibility is required. You'll receive an email the week prior with your proposed cleaning day and an arrival window to keep things running smoothly.
