End of Tenancy Service
One-off intensive cleaning for pre move-in or post move-out cleans that can include oven cleaning and window cleaning for added fees.
Services include:
✺ Surface cleaning
✺ Vacuuming
✺ Steam mopping
✺ Bathroom cleaning
✺ Kitchen cleaning
✺ Rubbish emptying
Additional items (upon request):
✺ Oven cleaning
✺ Household chores (dishes, laundry, ironing)
✺ Window cleaning

Hourly Rate: $55 per hour (minimum 2 hours per clean).
Travel and Product Charge: $20 per clean for the Wellington region.
(Includes cleaning products, equipment, and travel within our service area.)Examples of Pricing:
2-hour regular clean: $130 ($55 x 2 + $20 travel and product charge).
3-hour regular clean: $185 ($55 x 3 + $20 travel and product charge).

For the average family in a 3-bedroom home a fortnightly 2-hour clean is about right.
Depending on further cleaning requirements and services, this can easily be adjusted.
